Map & Directions

From San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Take 101 N. to 380 W to 280 N. Continue north on 280 bearing left at signs for 19th Ave. Continue north and road will split again in Golden Gate Park. Take left exit "25th Avenue". Continue north on 25th Avenue approximately 8 blocks to Lake Street. Take right and go east 5 blocks to 20th Avenue. Turn left. We are the first house in on your left with a brick driveway. 75 20th Ave.

From Golden Gate Bridge

Continue south on 101 until you see Park Presidio Blvd--approximately 1/4 mile. Take right. You will be taking your first right, LAKE STREET. Turn right and head west for 7 blocks until you reach 20th Avenue. Turn right. We are the first house in on your left with a brick driveway. 75 20th Ave.

From Oakland International Airport

Take 880 toward Bay Bridge. Go through toll plaza and head west over bridge. You will take the Fremont Street exit from the right lane when you reach the San Francisco side of the bridge. Continue on Fremont Street for approximately 6 blocks until you reach California Street. Turn Left on California Street and head west. This will take you almost completely across the city, but when you reach 20th Avenue approximately 5 miles later you will be 2 blocks from our house. Turn Right on 20th Avenue. We are the first house in on your left with a brick driveway. 75 20th Avenue.

LODGING POLICIES

My Rosegarden Guest Rooms is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please email or call us as soon as your plans change prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Check-out: 11:00 AM or by private arrangement with owner.

Absolutely No Smoking inside.

No Pets.

Check-in: after 3:00 PM or by special arrangement with owner. Code for front door entrance will be provided to guest after the completion of the reservation process.

A butler pantry off the dining room is for the use of our guests during their stay. The main kitchen is for the use of the owners and staff only.

A charge for your first night stay will be applied at the time of the reservation

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
